Rejeki Intan Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Site Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop and maintaining high standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong technical background to support our site engineers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and repair of coffee machines and equipment.,Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee shop.,Support the site engineers in troubleshooting technical issues.,Monitor the quality of coffee beans and brewing processes.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.,Participate in daily operations and contribute to team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in coffee shop operations or technical support is a plus.,Basic knowledge of coffee machines and equipment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair tasks.
