📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance,Manage and mentor team members to ensure they meet their goals,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor department budget and ensure financial targets are met,Report to senior management on department performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Foster a positive and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Experience in budget management and financial reporting,Understanding of company policies and regulations,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
