📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training and development.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Handle warehouse security and access control measures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
