PT Langit Sinergi is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle performance, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Track vehicle performance, including fuel efficiency, mileage, and any issues that may arise.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities, including maintenance schedules and performance metrics.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs, ensuring they are within budget.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
