Asia Construction is looking for a highly motivated Internal Auditor to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters,Collaborating with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and actions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
