📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
