📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the logistics of materials and components, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management using SAP and other logistics software.
• Oversee the assembly process, ensuring that products are built according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct assembly and test operations, verifying the functionality and quality of products using specialized testing equipment.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes, documenting and reporting any issues or defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production or logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Provide support to the team during peak production periods, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, assembly, or quality control roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with logistics and inventory management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in manufacturing environments.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is a plus.
