📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food and service by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a positive and productive work environment.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations.,Experience in marketing and promotional activities is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, and English is a plus.
