Root Silver Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior General Affairs professional to join our team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various general affairs activities to support the overall operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate general affairs activities, including office administration, facilities management, and event planning.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities and equipment.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.,Oversee the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Affairs, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or a related field.,Strong knowledge of office administration, facilities management, and event planning.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Understanding of company policies and procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
