Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop food and beverage spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to design plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the food and beverage design industry.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and compelling justifications for your choices.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in creating detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other professionals.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced design tools is a plus.
