📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and performance.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Team Leader in strategic planning and goal setting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Assist in resolving team conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
