📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of training programs and workshops.,Support the Training Officer in developing and delivering training materials.,Conduct needs assessments and identify training requirements.,Facilitate training sessions and provide support to participants.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training objectives are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the evaluation of training programs to ensure effectiveness.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proven ability to organize and manage training programs effectively.,Passionate about learning and development.
