📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitoring and analyzing branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Representing the company at branch events and meetings.,Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
