📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized assistance to clients, including managing their schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling personal communications.,Assist in organizing and managing household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.,Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the client's residence.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, adhering to dietary preferences and restrictions.,Monitor and report on the status of household tasks and client requests to the Head Butler.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in a high-end residential or hospitality setting.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.,Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus.,Familiarity with household management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
