📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating fleet operations to ensure efficient and safe transportation.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues related to fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation and submission of reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Support the Fleet Manager in implementing fleet policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Participate in fleet audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Assist in the management of fuel and other operational costs for the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
