Silver Direct Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

Support the HR team in managing employee records and payroll.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Good understanding of HR software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
