📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documents and correspondence.,Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
