📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies.,Track vehicle usage and maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Implement and enforce fleet safety policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety.,Prepare and submit monthly fleet reports and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
