📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and test garments to ensure they meet quality standards and industry regulations.
• Identify and document defects and non-conformities in the production process.
• Work with the sewing team to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance the production process.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain and update quality control records and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in garment quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Garment Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment quality assurance or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as SAP, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, GRS, and BSCI.
• Willingness to travel and work in different production sites as needed.
