📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain cash register and ensure proper record-keeping,Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations,Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally,Perform opening and closing procedures for the cash register,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Promote our menu and services to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Proficient in English or Bahasa Indonesia,Willingness to work hybrid schedule
