As a Sales Counter professional, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.,Assist in the sales process by promoting and selling products or services.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.,Train and mentor new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
