📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
• Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and achieves overall business objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Train and develop the sales team to enhance their performance.
• Monitor stock levels and order new inventory as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and special events.
• Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
