Quick Bloom Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance activities of the facility, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address any issues or potential problems.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure the continued success of the maintenance department.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment condition.,Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management software and tools.,Experience in leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians.,Certifications in relevant maintenance areas, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or other industry-specific certifications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
