As a Medical Store Assistant at IDS Medical Systems, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our medical supplies, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and organize medical supplies, ensuring that inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of medical supplies to patients and healthcare facilities.
• Monitor and maintain medical equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.
• Assist in the ordering and purchasing of medical supplies, ensuring that we have a sufficient and up-to-date inventory.
• Assist in the maintenance of medical records, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the training and supervision of new staff members, ensuring that they are familiar with our procedures and protocols.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of our medical facility, ensuring that it is clean and safe for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using medical supply management software, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
• Valid certification in First Aid and CPR.
