📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and monitor patients' health status to identify any changes or deterioration.,Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.,Document and maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.,Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare providers, such as doctors and specialists.,Promote a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care measures.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Experience in working with diverse patient populations is a plus.
