📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Implement and maintain operational systems and procedures.,Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and procedures.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
