📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that we always have the necessary resources on hand.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible deal.,Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including order placement, receipt, and inspection.,Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports to management on procurement activities and performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
