Base Crystal Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.,Track and manage vehicle fuel consumption and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
