📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Train and mentor retail staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Promote products and services through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
