📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room and equipment for surgery.
  • Sterilize and prepare surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain a sterile field in the operating room.
  • Assist the surgical team during surgery, including passing instruments and monitoring the patient's condition.
  • Clean and maintain the operating room and equipment after surgery.
  • Document and report any incidents or issues related to the operating room and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to the surgical team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse in a surgical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Valid certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
