📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure the proper implementation of internal controls and risk management procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
