📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Design and implement training materials and resources.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are relevant and up-to-date.,Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
