📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Bantul, DI Yogyakarta region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive product sales and market share.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Attending and participating in medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • Managing and monitoring the performance of junior sales representatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a deep understanding of the healthcare market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
