📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of successful hires.,Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment practices.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
