📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers.,Develop and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and accounting, to ensure the success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
