📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
