🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of technical equipment and systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation and software tools.
