📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the FTTH market.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of FTTH services to customers.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the FTTH industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or FTTH industry.,Strong understanding of FTTH technology and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
