Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for various audiences,Review and edit technical documents to ensure quality and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides,Contribute to the improvement of our technical documentation processes,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technical documentation meets business needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex information clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
