📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Interpret and apply Indonesian labor laws to ensure compliance with all HR processes and employee relations.
- Manage and maintain critical HR documentation, including contracts, employment agreements, and compliance records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
- Provide legal advice and support to the HR team on employment-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws.
- Stay updated with changes in Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to address complex employment law issues.
- Ensure that all HR activities are documented and recorded accurately for compliance purposes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR legal compliance, preferably in an Indonesian context.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in HR law or compliance would be a plus.
