As a Medical Store Assistant at IDS Medical Systems, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our medical supplies, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and organize medical supplies, ensuring that inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of medical supplies to patients and healthcare facilities.
Monitor and maintain medical equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.
Assist in the ordering and purchasing of medical supplies, ensuring that we have a sufficient and up-to-date inventory.
Assist in the maintenance of medical records, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in the training and supervision of new staff members, ensuring that they are familiar with our procedures and protocols.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of our medical facility, ensuring that it is clean and safe for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using medical supply management software, such as Epic or Cerner.
Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
Valid certification in First Aid and CPR.
