Operations Supervisor (Logistics) - Bali

Adecco is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor (Logistics) to join our team in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics operations across our key locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our logistics team, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently and on time. You will work closely with our drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the logistics team, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and managed.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all staff and the integrity of the warehouse.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to environmental sustainability.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali and the ability to navigate the local market and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
