📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify potential problems before they escalate, reducing the risk of costly breakdowns.
• Utilize SAP PM and Maximo to manage maintenance schedules, track equipment performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in the cement industry.
• Certifications in SAP PM and Maximo are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel occasionally for maintenance activities.
