📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of operations specialists to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant onboarding and order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Google Workspace to manage workflows and track performance.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchant operations or a similar role in the e-commerce or quick-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics management software is highly desirable.
