📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial health of Erajaya.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks in collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators using tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as OJK and Basel III.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide risk management training and guidance to staff across the organization.
• Prepare and present risk management reports to the board of directors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using risk management software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Certification in risk management, such as CERA or FRM, is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
