Franchise Relations Manager (Food and Beverages)

Join Fredley Food and Beverages, a dynamic and innovative food and restaurant service established in 2014 by one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the Philippines, Avin Ong. We are expanding our presence in Bali and are looking for a Franchise Relations Manager to lead our franchise relations strategy. As part of our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our franchise partners, ensuring the success and growth of our brand across Bali.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing franchise strategies, managing franchise agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also work closely with our franchisees to provide training, support, and marketing resources, helping them to achieve their business goals. With a competitive salary of IDR 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company in the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement franchise strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage franchise agreements, including renewals and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training, support, and marketing resources to franchisees.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor franchise performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote franchise opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform franchise strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or a related role.
• Proven track record of successful franchise development and management.
• Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and franchise management software.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote locations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
