📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with table service, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of food and beverage items.
• Promote our restaurant's menu and special offers to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menu items and their preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
