🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in town management or urban development.
- Proven track record of leading and managing town management projects.
- Strong knowledge of urban development regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
