📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for various projects across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
• Analyze cost data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Use project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and others to streamline processes.
• Prepare and present cost reports to senior management and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience as an Estimator in project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record in cost estimation and project management.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
