In this role, you will work closely with the In-Suite Dining Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-suite dining services. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional treatment. Using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and our proprietary property management system, you will streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of in-suite dining services, including meal planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage service by monitoring kitchen operations and guest feedback.
• Collaborate with the In-Suite Dining Manager to implement and maintain service standards and procedures.
• Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and property management system to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new dining concepts and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing in-suite dining services or F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
